Beef and zucchini skewers with some...</title><description>&lt;img src="http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mdvs365ik51rufm5po1_500.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dinner today was the bomb! Beef and zucchini skewers with some pita bread and a dip. It’s meant to be taziki but I don’t like that much so I mashed roasted garlic and mixed it through cottage cheese. The skewers are seasoned with middle east spices but you could use any spice really. Oh was sooo good! Tip if you’re going to re-heat them is to cook them just under what you would prefer as as microwave does cook them a little more. Had a peek at next weeks menu and I’m excited! So many great meals. This challenge rules.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This morning I dodged a morning tea at work containing all kinds of delicious badness by doing this. Instead of my two pieces of whole meal toast and berries for lunch I had two pieces of the wholemeal  sourdough with fetta and some fruit and veggies. I just ate this while the others ate the morning tea and I didn’t look at the other food. &lt;p&gt;It was official weight in day so I officially am starting at 67.8.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I got up at 7 and did my cardio work out as I knew tonight I had to prep lunches and dinners for the next 2 days as I have dancing tomorrow night. Got to work feeling way more awake an energized! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Breakfast was two pieces of wholemeal toast (I use Burgain weight management) with ricotta, basil and roast cherry tomatoes. I don&amp;#8217;t like tomatoes so I ditched them. It was tasty!! Lunch was the other serve of fish cakes and salad as the night before- even better second time around. Dinner was beef fajita&amp;#8217;s. I changed this up a bit. I don&amp;#8217;t like chunky red capsicum so I roasted it and some garlic with the mexican spices and blended it up to more of a paste. I also didn&amp;#8217;t have yoghurt so used cottage cheese. Beef was cooked so perfectly! Such a tasty dinner!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For my snack I had a small serve of broccoli and zucchini that I had blanched, tossed through garlic with some watered down hoisin sauce. - Total less than 100 calories!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow is a big day. I get up and work out, then work followed by 2 hours of dancing and walking home. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m stuffed. Going to bed early. WOWZA! &lt;/p&gt;

Dinner was way more satisfying and delicious than lunch. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yay this is lunch for tomorrow too! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow I am now armed with better snacks also! Blanched Broccoli and Zucchini in fresh garlic with a dash of tamari hosin sauce watered down. Tamari is a brand of asain sauces that is low sodium and sugar is much better for you with lower calories. I still watered it down to ensure I stay in the snack calorie safe zone. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are so many snacks to chose from that are probably more appealing to most people but I love broccoli and zucchini and there isn’t much of it in the meal plan this week so snacks was my area to add them in!! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I aim to wake early and do my work out before work tomorrow! I&amp;#8217;m sorry MB but giving me a wrap with no meat just didn&amp;#8217;t fill me up at all.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My snack of yoghurt barley touched the sides either. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I hope it gets easier. I&amp;#8217;ve shrunk my stomach down a lot from my healthy eating the past 6 months but obviously not enough. &lt;/p&gt;

My Internet went down so I couldn&amp;#8217;t download my meals and shopping list. Also I couldn&amp;#8217;t go to the shop. But I just ate healthy and tried to be good anyways.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; I didnt do as much cardio as I was I meant to, but that&amp;#8217;s ok because I have dancing Thursday which is &amp;#8216;toning day&amp;#8217; so the dancing will make up for the missed cardio today.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow is a new day and tomorrow it will be 100%&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The menu is pretty good. But doing it alone is hard and I hope she re-uses some of the ingredients from this week in the weeks to come or it could get really expensive! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Also no broccoli! Whhhaaaaat!!! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We pretty much have free choice of 300 calories for snacks.
