This weekend I didn’t do the best at my diet but I didn’t completely fuck it either.
Friday night it was just all drinks… moet followed by a second bottle of moet and some jagar bombs… followed by an epic pass out before 1030pm.
Saturday I went for brunch with a friend I did have hulumi, but I also didn’t eat all my toast. I’ve really enjoyed leaving food on the plate and being ok with it. I had an ice coffee but I haven’t cut out coffee on this diet. I refuse to. It’s the best. I had it on ice not cream or ice cream. Then I didn’t eat for the rest of the day until my work dinner. I had sand crab lasagne as a starter and lamb cutlets as a main. I ate all the lasagne, i’ve waited my whole life to try that. Nothing was stopping me. I did get a smaller piece than others as well so that was lucky. The lamb I ate all the lamb and brocolini but left most of the mash potato so I think I did good! Sunday was my down fall. mcdonalds at 1pm. I just got small chips, small coke and a chicken cheese burger no mayo. I haven’t had mcd’s in like 3 months so stuff it. Then I hate a weight watchers chocolate pudding and a l&e mac n cheese, mcd’s was my only diet fail really.
All in all not bad. I hadn’t put on any weight today either, got up and walked to work and walked home. But yes back to strict again I think… although I have 2 work lunches this week. One is healthy. One is pizza…. so we shall see.
