Dinner day 2!
Dinner was way more satisfying and delicious than lunch.
Yay this is lunch for tomorrow too!
Tomorrow I am now armed with better snacks also! Blanched Broccoli and Zucchini in fresh garlic with a dash of tamari hosin sauce watered down. Tamari is a brand of asain sauces that is low sodium and sugar is much better for you with lower calories. I still watered it down to ensure I stay in the snack calorie safe zone.
There are so many snacks to chose from that are probably more appealing to most people but I love broccoli and zucchini and there isn’t much of it in the meal plan this week so snacks was my area to add them in!!
I aim to wake early and do my work out before work tomorrow! Let’s see how that goes!
